Closing date for Nominations – Wednesday 7th April 2010
- Choose the category of award for which you wish to nominate yourself, a colleague or a team. If you wish to make an entry for more than one category, you must fill in a separate entry form for each category of award.
- Read the judging rules carefully and prepare a summary (maximum 250 words per section) of why you wish your entry to be considered.
- Complete the entry form and send together with all relevant supporting documentation to: ‘ARAMARK Healthcare Innovation Awards, c/o Investnet Limited, The Tony Ryan Academy, 3013 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24’. For enquiries Telephone: +353 (1) 7008508.

- There is a nominal administration charge of €50 for all entries, payable by cheque or credit card.
- Give as much information as you can with emphasis on patient outcomes.
- We regret that we are unable to accept clinical trials until patient outcomes are proven.
