The Staff Awards Scheme is one of the key priorities of Bon Secours Hospital Group for 2016 and is an essential component of the strategic development of the group.Staff are the greatest asset but are often unrecognised for the excellent work they do. The Staff Awards looks to address this and improve morale, promote a sense of pride and establish the organisation as an excellent place to work – all consistent themes in HR Strategy and essential to the group’s future success.

The Staff Awards will provide an opportunity to recognise the contribution of all staff through a number of awards and celebrate their achievements in such areas as Patient Care, Education and Quality Improvement.

The awards will be open to all staff, in all hospitals across the Group and will be supported by a clear and transparent process, independently judged and will culminate in an Awards Ceremony, which it is hoped will become an annual event, much appreciated and anticipated across the group.
